    In many cases, plunge pools in NSW can be approved as Complying Development (CDC), which is a faster approval pathway than a full DA. However, this depends on your property, zoning, setbacks, and site conditions. If CDC isn’t possible, a Development Application (DA) may be required. Good news though, we handle this entire process for you!

    Plunge pools are designed for smaller backyards and narrow blocks. Some of our most popular models start from 5m in length and 2.4m in width, making them ideal where space is limited but you still want a functional and beautiful pool.

  • How long does it take to install a plunge pool?

    Once approvals are in place, a fibreglass plunge pool can be installed in as little as 3–5 days. The full project timeline (including approvals, manufacturing, and landscaping) is typically 6–10 weeks, depending on the scope of the project.

  • How much does a plunge pool cost in NSW?

    Costs can vary depending on access, site conditions, and inclusions like tiling, fencing, and landscaping. As a general guide, plunge pools are a more affordable option than full-size pools, with our pools typically starting from the mid–high $40k+ range.

    Yes! This is one of our specialties. We regularly install pools in tight or restricted access sites, including through garages or narrow side access, as tight as 750mm!!!! We can also crane in our machines if access is even tighter than 750mm!

Mitch designs your pool and builds it, specialising in residential and boutique construction with high end finishes, so nothing gets lost between the drawing and the finished product. Jacob manages the construction itself, keeping timelines on track and holding every detail to a high standard of quality. Andrew brings the precision that excavation and installation demand, getting the groundwork right so everything after it goes smoothly.
