About Us

Billabong Pool Co. is a family-owned and operated pool building and landscaping business based in Smeaton Grange. We specialise in fibreglass pools, working with premium Australian-made shells backed by a lifetime structural warranty, and we design and build the landscaping around them so your whole outdoor space comes together as one project.

Our team operates in Sydney, South West Sydney, Southern Highlands, Wollondilly and the South Coast of NSW.

We can do it all!

Unlike builders who hand parts of your project to outside contractors, we manage everything in-house, from engineering drawings and council approvals through to excavation, installation, tiling, paving and planting. You deal with the same small team from your first phone call to your final handover.

The Billabong Story

A pool build has a lot of moving parts: design, approvals, excavation, installation, finishing, and all the paperwork that ties it together. Most problems happen in the gaps between those parts, when they're split across different companies. Billabong Pool Co. was built to close those gaps, with a small team where every person owns their part of your project and works alongside the others every day.

Chad is your starting point, working with you as our pool planning consultant to shape your ideas, your site and your budget into a plan that's ready to build. Mitch designs your pool and builds it, specialising in residential and boutique construction with high end finishes, so nothing gets lost between the drawing and the finished product. Jacob manages the construction itself, keeping timelines on track and holding every detail to a high standard of quality. Andrew brings the precision that excavation and installation demand, getting the groundwork right so everything after it goes smoothly. And Ellie runs the client side of every build, managing contracts, approvals and scheduling with the thoroughness of a former lawyer and a passion for making the process stress free, from your first phone call to your final handover.
