We've spent over 20 years building on the blocks this region actually has: sandy coastal soils, sloping sites, tight side access. We assess your property before we design anything, then choose the shape, size and access plan to suit it, whether that's a small family yard or a new home development.


You'll always know who's building your pool. Mitch or Jacob will personally confirm your start date once your shell is ready, and the same in-house team manages your project from excavation through to handover, so you're never chasing different companies for one answer.

Tailored Installations for Illawarra Homes

Excavation starts at 7am on day one and usually takes one to two days. It's dusty, messy work, and we're upfront about that, but we keep the site clean and safe throughout. Then your pool shell is craned into place, and the build takes shape quickly from there.


We backfill around the shell while filling it with water at the same time, keeping pressure balanced as everything settles. We then pour the concrete bond beam around the pool edge and allow five to seven days for curing before completing the plumbing, filtration, paving and any landscaping. Coastal sites get extra care around soil and drainage, since sandy ground and high water tables change how a pool needs to be installed.



At handover, we walk you through your equipment and water care in person, and we recommend recording the session for later reference. Lighting, filtration upgrades and pool heating can all be built into your project, along with integrated landscaping through the same team. And once your pool is finished, we're still a phone call away.

  • What is involved in the fibreglass pool installation process?

    The fibreglass pool installation process begins with site inspection and planning. Once approvals are in place, excavation is completed, and the fibreglass shell is delivered and lowered into position. Plumbing and electrical work follow, along with backfilling and connection of filtration equipment. After that, the area is prepared for fencing and finishing. The entire process is typically coordinated to meet council and safety standards, with multiple quality checks along the way.

  • How long does it take to build a pool shell?

    Our pool shells are all made to order in the manufacturing facility in Yatala, QLD. Each shell takes around 8-10 weeks to manufacture and be delivered to us.

  • What approvals do I need to build a pool in Illawarra?

    Most in-ground pool installations require development approval or a complying development certificate through Illawarra City Council or a private certifier. Plans must include pool dimensions, setbacks, safety fencing, drainage, and erosion control measures. Approval ensures that the pool complies with relevant legislation, including the Building Code of Australia and NSW Swimming Pools Act.

Mitch designs your pool and builds it, specialising in residential and boutique construction with high end finishes, so nothing gets lost between the drawing and the finished product. Jacob manages the construction itself, keeping timelines on track and holding every detail to a high standard of quality. Andrew brings the precision that excavation and installation demand, getting the groundwork right so everything after it goes smoothly. And Ellie runs the client side of every build, managing contracts, approvals and scheduling with the thoroughness of a former lawyer and a passion for making the process stress free, from your first phone call to your final handover.
